Below is how you can invite your clients to Patient Portal:

1) You can use a marketing platform such as MailChimp, ActiveCampaign etc. to send a newsletter.

2) Email clients directly. You can create the Portal invite as a content block to be inserted into emails. To do this, follow these steps. Click here.

3) Create a survey email for the invite to be sent automatically the day after your client's initial appointment.

Survey Emails are sent to the patient from your Business Setup -> Your Clinic -> Message Settings - >Survey Emails -> service Category -> Initial Consultations.

You can use the below sample wording to invite clients to the patient portal.

You need to include the {{optout}} merge tag. This will include an opt out link for the patient to be opt out of further marketing email from you. The ACMA in Australia, Department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand, and equivalent bodies in most other countries regulate the sending of messages with marketing or promotional content and require a working optout mechanism. More details on optout can be found here

You will need to manually type in the above merge tag into your message for it to work correctly.
