To get started with the Patient Portal, you will need to follow these steps. Click here


Below is how you can invite your clients to Patient Portal, in a few ways:


  1. Use a marketing platform such as MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Mailerlite or our built in Email Blaster etc. to send a newsletter.
  2. Email clients directly. You can create the Portal invite as a content block to be inserted into emails. To do this, follow these steps. Click here.
  3. Create a survey email for the invite to be sent automatically the day after your client's initial appointment. 


You can use the below sample wording to invite clients to the patient portal.


You will need to manually type in the merge tags into your message for it to work correctly. 


Please note: If there are multiple patients using the same email address, e.g. parents and children, then all records associated with that email address will show in the patient portal.



Sample Wording:

At CLINIC NAME we are making life a little easier for you with the new Patient Portal!


By registering to use the Patient Portal you can:


✅ See upcoming and past appointments

✅ Cancel appointments within the clinics cancellation policy

✅ See past and present prescriptions

✅ Order supplements from your current prescription

✅ Upload documents (pathology report, diet diaries, photos etc) and

✅ View courses you are enrolled in

✅ View documents shared from your practitioner

First time users click here: https://patient.simpleclinic.net 

  • click 'create an account' and follow the prompts, ensuring you enter your email address and a strong password (including capital letters, numbers and characters). This email address needs to be the same as the email address that is saved on your patient file with the clinic - as this is part of the identification step. 
  • You will receive an email from support@simpleclinic.net with subject heading "Your verification link", click on that link to verify. 
  • You will then need to go back to https://patient.simpleclinic.net, select 'Sign In' then enter the email and password you selected when creating the account. 
  • Bookmark your portal link for quick future access


Why not practice by uploading a profile pic of your self and I will add this to your patient profile!
