When your client's access their prescription online, they can order through the prescription for supplements. If you are not familiar with this feature, please click here.
To ensure clients who would like delivery are charged freight, follow the steps below:
Step 1) (Skip to step 2 if Freight/Postage already exists in your inventory) Go to Inventory -> Items -> Add, follow the below template for a freight item. Change the pricing to suit your clinic:
Step 2) Go to Business Setup -> Your Clinic -> Prescription Settings
Step 3) Set a default freight item from the drop down menu and ensure your freight strategy is set to domestic only:
Step 4) SAVE
Step 5) Below is an example of a client ordering from the prescription. Please note that clients who have opted for items to be shipped will appear on the dashboard as items to be shipped:
