To ensure clients who would like delivery are charged freight, follow the steps below.

(Skip to step 2 if Freight/Postage already exists in your inventory)
Step 1) Go to Inventory -> Items -> Add, follow the below template for a freight item. Change the pricing to suit your clinic:
Step 2) Go to Business Setup -> Your Clinic -> Prescription Settings
Step 3) Set a default freight item from the drop down menu and ensure your freight strategy is set to domestic only:
Step 4) SAVE
