SimpleClinic comes pre-loaded with an extensive range of product feeds that can be switched on as required.

Important Information

  • Please review these feed items before adding your own items to the inventory. 
  • Feeds can be used even if you are not purchasing from that distributor, you can stock your clinic dispensary from any supplier and still use the feed items. 
  • Once a feed is enabled, hide items you don't need to avoid confusion when prescribing or invoicing.
  • Feeds are continually updating every month with product and pricing changes. Please contact support@simpleclinic.net if you believe a product needs updating and we will liaise with the supplier. 
  • Some products can be found in multiple feeds, e.g. BioMedica provides a direct feed of only their products and Ariya also distributes BioMedica products and so has a feed for those. In these cases, do not turn on both the direct feed and the Ariya feed as this will create confusion with duplicates. 
  • Feed item sell prices are set by the distributor and do not always match RRP from manufatcurers, this is to enable to you have better profitbaility. Please contact support@simpleclinic.net for more details. 
  • To order liquid herbals from Ariya that are mixed and shipped for you, select from the Ariya (LIQUID DISPENSARY) feed. If you are stocking your own dispensary you can use and order from the herbal liquid feeds for full bottles, e.g. Ariya (MEDIBHERB), Ariya (PPC) and Ariya (HERBAL EXTRACT). Any other herbal liquids brands will need to be added to the inventory. See these articles for more on liquid herbal dispensing.

Switch on Feeds



Step 1. Select Inventory -> Feeds from the left hand main menu -> toggle on the required feeds. 


This will show all the products available in this feed, some feeds have only a few products, some have 1000s. We recommend following the steps in this article to hide any items you do not use to avoid confusion when prescribing and invoicing. 


Reminder -> avoid duplicates by not switching on 2 feeds with the same products, e.g. BioMedica and Ariya (BIOMEDICA).
