Important Information 

  • Feed items have categories that cannot be changed. See below for examples. 
  • Items added manually can use one of the existing feed categories or new ones can be added. See below for recommendations. 
  • We recommend keeping categories to a minimum for ease of reporting. 



Item Category Recommendations

  • Consultations = service
  • Supplements = product
  • Liquid herbals = product
  • Compounding = product 
  • Test kits = tests
  • Shipping costs = shipping
  • Programs = events
  • Workshops = events 



Feed Category Examples 

  • BioCeuticals (Aus), BioMedica (Aus), Metagenics (Aus), Metagenics (NZ) direct feeds all use 'product' as the category for items.
  • Designs for Health (Aus) direct feed has 3 different categories for items. 
  • Pacific Health (NZ) direct feed uses categories to group the products into sub groups, e.g. Mineral Therapies, Clinic Supplies, Nutrition (Fitness).
  • Ariya (Aus) feeds assign a category to match the manufacturer in that feed, e.g. Ariya (BIOCONCEPTS), Ariya (BIOACTIVE), Ariya (ANCESTRAL NUTRITION).
