To send templates via email or SMS you will need to create these templates in your content library and follow the steps below to send to patients. 


PLEASE NOTE: If you previously had templates saved under Business Setup -> Your Clinic -> SMS Templates, please copy the templates and add them to the Content Library as per the steps below. These templates are being removed. 

DO NOT DELETE any SMS templates until you have saved them into the Content Library.


 Follow the steps in this article to save templates into the Content Library. 



Send from Patient Record


Step 1. Select a Patient from the Patient list -> from the action bar select Send Message -> either SMS or Email -> select the template from the content library -> Send




Send from Messages tab


Step 2. Select a Patient from the Patient list -> select Messages -> click on the 3 dots next to the message you want to reply to and open the sidebar menu -> select Reply -> select the template from the content library -> Send



Send from Prescription


Step 3. Select a Patient from the Patient list -> select Consultations -> click on the 3 dots next to the prescription you want to send and open the sidebar menu -> select either Email or SMS Prescription -> select the template from the content library -> Send




Send from Invoice


Step 4. Select a Patient from the Patient list -> select Finances -> click on the 3 dots next to the Invoice you want to send and open the sidebar menu -> select either Email or SMS Prescription -> select the template from the content library -> Send
