If a client hasn't received their booking confirmation email with the intake form, you can use the following steps to resend the message:

1) Diary

2) Click the appointment from the Diary

3) Select Resend Message from the top menu

4) Select OK

5) Click SAVE to leave the appointment screen

To manually send an intake form that doesn't have an appointment, follow the below steps to obtain the form link:

1) Business Setup
2) Your Clinic
3) Message Settings 
4)Booking Email
5) Select a service category 
6) Click Insert Form from the text editor
7) You can copy the link created and paste into an email
