In the video and image below, we show you the Patient Messages tab.
The Messages tab shows emails, SMS and chats sent to the patient.
On the left is a list in descending order of all the emails and SMSs sent to the patient. You can click on each message to read the full message and reply. You can use the content blocks here as well for sending templates.
On the right is a list of chat threads between the praccie and the patient. To view the full chat history or reply to a chat, go to the main menu and select Chat.
