This is the process for patients to reset their password in the Patient Portal.
- Go to - https://patient.simpleclinic.net/
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter the registered email address -> select Send reset code
- A reset code will be sent to the registered email address
- DO NOT close the below code entry window - open a new window to go to your emails
- Enter this code into the field -> select Submit - as below screenshot
- Once entered a new password will be sent to the registered email address
- Go back to the log in screen and log in with the new password
- Once logged you can change your password by selecting your Profile from the main menu.
Enter the password, enter the confirm password.
Select Save Info
