This is the process for patients to reset their password in the Patient Portal. 





  • Enter the registered email address -> select Send reset code



  • A reset code will be sent to the registered email address 
  • DO NOT close the below code entry window - open a new window to go to your emails 



  • Enter this code into the field -> select Submit - as below screenshot



  • Once entered a new password will be sent to the registered email address 



  • Go back to the log in screen and log in with the new password
  • Once logged you can change your password by selecting your Profile from the main menu. 



Enter the password, enter the confirm password.

 

Select Save Info
