If you fail your login 3 times, your IP address will be blocked. This means all users currently using SimpleClinic in your clinic will not be able to access SimpleClinic until it has been unblocked.
If this happens, you will be prompted to enter your registered email address that you use to log in (or another person uses to log in). Once entered, a reset code will be sent to the mobile number on file for that user.
When you receive the code -> you can enter the reset code on the screen (as below). Once done, you have now unblocked the IP address and a new temporary password will be sent to the mobile number on file for the user.
After this, you can log in using this temporary password.
After logging in, hover over your email address at the top right and select Your User Profile from the menu --> enter an easy to remember password --> SAVE
