If you fail your login 3 times, your IP address will be blocked. This means all users currently using SimpleClinic in your clinic will not be able to access SimpleClinic until it has been unblocked.


If this happens, you will be prompted to enter the email address you or another uses to log in. Once entered, a reset code will be sent to the mobile number on file for that user.


You can enter the reset code on the screen.


After this, a new password will be sent to the mobile number on file for the user.


Again, enter this password in.


Once done, you have now unblocked the IP address. Please ensure to save your password using LastPass or somewhere else that is secure.
