If you fail your login 3 times, your IP address will be blocked. This means all users currently using SimpleClinic in your clinic will not be able to access SimpleClinic until it has been unblocked.


If this happens, you will be prompted to enter your registered email address that you use to log in or another person uses to log in. Once entered, a reset code will be sent to the mobile number on file for that user. 



You can enter the reset code on the screen. Once done, you have now unblocked the IP address.  


After this, you can log in or follow the prompts for a forgotten password. During this process a new temporary password will be sent to the mobile number on file for the user.


Enter this temporary password, then after logging in, hover over your email address at the top right and select Your User Profile from the menu --> enter an easy to remember password --> SAVE


Please ensure to save your password using LastPass or somewhere else that is secure.
