Anyone with Admin, Reception, or Employee access will have access to the patient record.
Practitioner access role will only have access to the records that are allocated to them. Only one practitioner can assigned to a client record.
If a prac is set to the user role of "Practitioner" shares a client with another prac is set to the user role of "Practitioner", they will not be able to see the record unless it has been assigned OR their user role can be change to Employee.
