You can add a gap/buffer time between appointments by going to Services -> Select the blue view button on a service you would like to edit -> In the duration you can include any additional time you need AFTER an appointment before you would like to accept your next booking -> SAVE.
The duration is not displayed to the patient for this reason. If would like to disclose the duration of the appointment, you can include this in the service name or the short description.
