If you have duplicate client records for one client, you can merge their records by following these steps carefully. 


Go to Patients -> Select the INCORRECT record from the patient list FIRST-> then select the information tab. 


To make it easier, add a 1 to the Surname so it's easier to see in the merge window. 


You will also need to add an * to the email field so that any patient information in the future is not matched to the inactive record. 


Click SAVE.


Select the Merge button (see below):




After selecting the merge button, you are to select the patient record that will become the PRIMARY record. This will be the name that doesn't have a 1 in it. (see below).


Once selected -> click OK -> You will then be redirected to the merged record.
