If you have duplicate client records for one client, you can merge their records by going to Patients -> Select the record from the patient list -> In the Information tab, you will see a Merge button (see below):



When selecting the record, choose the INCORRECT record FIRST.  To make it easier, add a 1 to the Surname so it's easier to see in the merge window. 


We also suggest adding a * to the email field so that form responses don't matched to the inactive record.


Click SAVE.


When choosing the merge button, you are select the patient record that will become the PRIMARY record. This will be the name that doesn't have a 1 in it. (see below):



Once selected -> click OK -> You will then be redirected to the merged record.
