This article will discuss how to link SimpleClinic and ActiveCampaign for marketing. 


SimpleClinic integrates with ActiveCampaign so that any new patients that are created are sent directly to your email list in ActiveCampaign.


For existing patients, you will need to run a New Client report from Report Centre and upload into ActiveCampaign. Click here.


To setup the ActiveCampaign integration, you will need


To integrate you will need your:

  • Api Key
  • List ID
  • Endpoint

If you log in to your ActiveCampaign account you will find these under Settings -> Developer.



Grab the Key and URL:




In SimpleClinic, the Key will needed to be copied into the API Key field and URL will need to be copied into the Endpoint field.


You will find the list ID from Lists in ActiveCampaign. Click on the list you want to sync.




 Will find the list ID in the url. Example: (youraccount.activehosted.com/app/contacts/?listid=3&status=1)



All you need is the number! Copy the number back into SimpleClinic under the List ID.



To setup the MailerLite integration, go to Business Setup -> Integrations -> ActiveCampaign -> Connect 

 


 

Select Connect -> Copy in your API key and URL from ActiveCampaign -> OK

 

Select Configure -> Choose the List ID from the dropdown menu. The List ID will be what mailing list you want new clients to be sent to.


Please note: Only 1 ListID can be selected, and all patients will be added to this list. Any further sub groups will need to be created and managed in MailerLite.



Save the changes to the email settings by clicking SAVE.
