1. Create, edit, move and delete appointments in the diary: Select the Diary from the left hand main menu
2. From the top menu of the Diary you can do the following:
- Select Practitioners
- Select Locations
- Today - if the current view is not showing the current day or week, this button reverts the view back to the current day
- Week - displays the weekly diary
- Day - shows just the current day's diary
- Month - shows the monthly diary
- "<" - regresses the current view by one day, week or month based on the current display period
- ">" - advances the current view by one day, week or month based on the current display period
3. Change time increment in Business Setup -> Your Clinic-> Diary Settings. The business administrator can change this.
- The time increment controls what available times display in the Diary, if set to 15 minutes the diary will show 9am, 9:15am, 9:30am etc.
4. Change the daily hours viewed by going to Business Setup -> Your Clinic -> Diary Settings -> Change starting time -> Change ending time -> SAVE.

5. Add notes to an appointment: From the Diary -> click to create an appointment -> add to the Notes section as below -> select Save Appointment.
6. Edit Notes in appointment: From the Diary -> Open the appointment -> select Edit Appointment -> edit Notes section -> Save Appointment
7. View Notes in Diary: Hover over appointment in Diary to view notes, as below.
8. Recurring Appointments: From the Diary -> click to create an appointment -> select Additional Options -> set recurring options -> Save Appointment
9. Disable Booking Messages: From the Diary -> click to create an appointment -> select Additional Options -> toggle OFF Enable Messages -> Save Appointment.
Please note: this will only stop booking messages (email and SMS) from being sent. The patient will still receive any reminder messages (email or SMS).
