There are four ways of accessing support:
1. Check the SimpleClinic Knowledge Base & User Guide - Always check this first for the latest online support on many categories of the program! This will often have the answers to your questions and step by step instructions with screenshots. These can be accessed from the left hand navigation menu in SimpleClinic.
2. Accessing support by email – you can create a support ticket by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or clicking on the Email Support link at the bottom of the SimpleClinic screen.
3. Accessing support by phone – you can also contact support by phone on (07) 3040 0385, during business hours only for urgent enquiries.
Support hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
